Shipping policy
1 - WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will arrive at the shipping point within 1-6 days, then shipped within 8-10 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In total, it will take 1-20 days from the order processing date. Normally, it takes approximately 12-15 days.
2 - SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
Shipping costs for orders over €80 are free. Please note that if you wish to protect a product at all costs, you must select the option, which costs €14.90 extra. While we will try to ship a product in the best possible condition, we are not responsible for any external damage to the product.
Please note that to meet delivery deadlines, you must place your order before the cut-off time. After this cut-off time, your order will be processed the following day, as we cannot hand it over to the shipping company. Please note that the cut-off time depends on the shipping company selected. The cut-off time is 2:00 PM.
Whenever you place an order on nakamaland.com, we will inform you by email when it has been shipped. We will also monitor the delivery and contact you if there are any problems. Therefore, we ask that you provide a phone number and email address during the ordering process.
3 - DELIVERY TIME AND DAY:
Please note that shipping companies only work Monday through Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Furthermore, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at the origin.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. However, we can confirm that the order is generally delivered within one month (maximum) after being processed. If they cannot reach you, the shipping company will attempt a second delivery as agreed with you. If you are not reached after the second attempt, you must pick up the order at the shipping company's facilities.
4 - UNDELIVERED ORDERS:
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid will not be refunded, and you will have to pay additional shipping costs for reshipping the merchandise.

Shipping with additional cost: Shipping in a secure box for greater protection and weight, which increases shipping costs. Suggested for more delicate orders or more exclusive pieces.
