Shipping policy

Summary of our shipping conditions

We process orders from Monday to Friday, within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship at weekends.
The whole process takes between 1 and 20 days from when the order is processed; typically around 12-15 days. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Free shipping from €80.
Optional extra protection (+€14.90) to protect the product during transport. Without this option, we are not responsible for external damage to the packaging.
Order cut-off time: 14:00. Orders placed after that go into preparation the next business day.
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, failed attempts), the amount paid is not refunded and re-shipping incurs new costs.
